We're excited to share that Ren is partnering with Yayasan MENDAKI — one of Singapore's most respected community organisations — to support JC students heading into their A-Level year.
MENDAKI has been doing this work since 1982. Their mission is to uplift the Malay/Muslim community through education, and they've built up decades of trust doing exactly that — running highly subsidised programmes for students, families, and workers at every stage of life. The MENDAKI Tuition Scheme is a big part of that: quality, affordable tuition that helps students build confidence and get ready for exams without the pressure of steep tuition fees.
What we're building together
Starting 30 May 2026, MENDAKI will run weekend tutoring sessions for JC students across Literature, History, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, General Paper, and Economics — running all the way through October.
Ren's job is to wrap the right software around that teaching. That means clearer, faster feedback on student work, better visibility into where each student is struggling, and less administrative overhead so tutors can focus on what they're actually there to do: teach.
Why we think this pairing makes sense
More contact hours help, but they're not the whole picture. What students often need most is honest, specific feedback — quickly. And tutors need to know which students to focus on before the next session, not after the exam.
That's the gap we're trying to close together. MENDAKI brings the community trust, the reach, and years of experience running educational programmes. Ren brings the tools to make the feedback loop tighter and the learning more visible for everyone involved.
