Ren has partnered with Yayasan MENDAKI to support Junior College students entering their A-Level examination year.
MENDAKI has supported educational development in Singapore since 1982. Through programs like the MENDAKI Tuition Scheme, the organization provides heavily subsidized academic support across the country, ensuring students have access to experienced tutors and structured revision materials.
The collaboration
Starting on 30 May 2026 and running through October, MENDAKI is conducting weekend revision and tutoring sessions for JC students across seven subjects: Literature, History, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, General Paper, and Economics.
Ren provides the grading and feedback software for these sessions. Tutors use Ren to mark student work quickly and leave structured comments, while diagnostic dashboards identify which concepts require reinforcement before the next weekend session.
Why the partnership matters
Adding more classroom hours only goes so far if students do not get timely, actionable critique on their practice papers. When a student writes an essay on Saturday, getting detailed feedback by Monday helps them fix misunderstandings immediately. Waiting two weeks for marked scripts breaks that revision loop.
By handling the mechanical drafting of comments, Ren reduces grading overhead so tutors can spend their time working directly with students who need extra help.
